MyVRTour.com is a wonderful service. My potential buyers could shop at
their convenience, from the comfort of their home. It gives us "For Sale
By Owner" people the same advantage as realtors for selling our homes.
Potential buyers have access to your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This site is very user friendly. I was also able to maintain and edit my
tour as needed, with ease.
I really like the fact that I could create codes to track and advertise
with. This allowed me to measure the other advertising methods I was using.
I was able to focus on the ones that were bringing me results. This also
persuaded me to save money by doing less advertising in the areas were I
wasn't seeing results. For me, that meant keeping the fliers stocked in
front of my house, and spending less on my Open House ads on weekends. That
was a huge savings. I would have continued to pay for lengthy weekend ads,
when my best results came from people driving through my neighborhood. When
they took a flier they had the website to take a virtual tour of my house,
